Beware of clogged street drains

The debris that runs off-and drags with it-all assorted odd pieces of garbage, can clog our public drainage sewers that flow into the watershed in town (Woodbury Heights Lake).  Please take the  few extra minutes it takes to pick up and throw away the trash.  It will not only beautify our town, but also help keep the environment healthy for ourselves, our neighbors, and the next generation!
When out for a stroll, bring a small trashbag and challenge yourself to bend and pick up any litter along the way.  It does wonders for the waistline and your neighbors may be inspired enough to do the same.  If we all pull together, think!--what a clean world this would be!
Model good stewardship of our earth, by setting a great example for our children and grandchildren...don't be a litterbug!
